Can Lake 50

Directions below will be updated for the 2010 race, e.g., Campus Road is now Marvin Sands Drive.  Check back in early March for 2010 updates.

50 Mile & 50K Solo Runners
Packet Pick-up will be 6:00 - 6:45 AM at the Start/Finish at Finger Lakes Community College Gym in Canandaigua.  No race day registration.

Start for 50 Mile & 50K runners will be at 7:00 AM. Contact the organizers if you desire an earlier, non-competitive start time.

From Rochester, Buffalo and Points West:
Take New York State Thruway (I-90) east to exit 44. Take Rte. 332 south.

From Syracuse and points east:
Take New York State Thruway (I-90) west to exit 43. Take Rte. 21 south.

From South of Canandaigua:
Take your favorite route to Canandaigua.  Pick up either of the above detailed directions in Canandaigua.
